BC-55/65/85 LDPE Blown Film Line

The LDPE blown film line is specialized equipment engineered for the production of plastic tubular films featuring integrated male and female profiles (grip seals). The process begins with raw polyethylene granules being fed into the screw and barrel assembly. Through a combination of external heating and internal friction, the material is melted and filtered to remove impurities. The molten resin is then extruded through a precision mold, cooled, and inflated into a film bubble before being wound into rolls. This grip seal film machine is the fundamental technology for creating the raw materials used in the self-sealing bag industry.
